BENIN CITY, EDO STATE — A terrible accident happened yesterday. It occurred at the Ahor community. This is along the busy Auchi bypass. A heavy trailer crushed a local Okada rider. Consequently, the horrific scene left residents in deep shock.

The accident happened very fast. Eyewitnesses say the trailer lost control. Specifically, the massive truck veered directly into the motorcycle lane. The Okada rider could not escape in time. Sadly, the heavy tires crushed his head. Therefore, the young man died instantly at the scene.

The Ahor community is extremely angry. Furthermore, furious residents blocked the busy bypass for hours. They demanded immediate justice for the dead rider. The Auchi bypass is notoriously dangerous. Heavy trucks speed through this residential area daily. However, traffic officials have done little to stop them.
